While we do not offer returns or refunds, we provide free repair services for products within 30 days of receipt, should any defects or issues arise. Eligibility for Free Repair Services
To qualify for free repair services, the following conditions must be met:
- Timeframe: Repair requests must be submitted within 30 days from the date you received the product.
- Condition of the Product: The product must be unused and in its original condition. Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or alteration after delivery is not eligible for free repairs.
- Proof of Purchase: You must provide a valid proof of purchase, such as an order number, invoice, or receipt.
Items Not Eligible for Free Repairs
Certain items are excluded from our free repair services:
- Custom or made-to-order furniture pieces.
- Products that have been damaged or altered by the customer after delivery.
- Sale or clearance items, unless they are defective.
How to Request a Repair
To initiate a repair request, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support team by emailing info@mafurniture.pk or calling +92 334-4388421 or +92 300-8181866. Please provide your order number, a brief description of the issue, and any photos if available.
- Repair Authorization: Once we receive your request, our team will assess the issue and send you a Repair Authorization (RA) number. This number must be included with the product when you return it for repair.
- Packaging: Ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent further damage during the return shipping process. We recommend using the original packaging if possible.
- Return Shipping: You will be responsible for the shipping costs when sending the item back to us unless the item is defective or damaged during delivery.
Repair Process
After we receive the product, our team will carefully inspect and repair the item. We aim to complete repairs within 7-14 business days, depending on the nature of the repair. Once the repair is completed, we will notify you and return the item to the address provided.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us immediately at info@mafurniture.pk or call +92 334-4388421. We will arrange for the repair or replacement of the defective item, depending on the issue.
- Timeframe: Damage or defect claims must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the item.
- Evidence: Please provide clear photos of the damaged or defective item and the packaging. This will help us assess the issue quickly and efficiently.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different product, please contact our customer service team. Exchanges are subject to product availability, and customers will be responsible for any price differences and return shipping costs.
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Cancellations can only be processed before the item has been shipped. Once the item is shipped, the standard repair policy will apply.
