While we do not offer returns or refunds, we provide free repair services for products within 30 days of receipt, should there be any issues with the product.   • Timeframe: Repair requests must be made within 30 days of receiving the product.
  • Condition of the Product: The product must be unused, in its original condition, and must not have been damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or receipt) is required to process repair requests.

Non-eligible products for Repair Services

Certain items are not eligible for free repair services, including:

  • Custom or made-to-order furniture pieces.
  • Products that have been damaged or altered after delivery.
  • Items that are on sale or clearance (unless defective).

Repair Request Process

To initiate a repair request, please follow these steps:

  2. Repair Authorization: Once we receive your repair request, we will assess the issue and send you a Repair Authorization (RA) number. This number must be included with the product when sending it for repair.
  3. Packaging: Ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during return shipping. We recommend using the original packaging if possible.
  4. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged during delivery.

Repair Process

Once the product is received, our team will inspect the item and carry out the necessary repairs. We will notify you of the status of the repair and return the item once the repair is completed.

Free Repair Timeframe: We aim to complete repairs within 7-14 business days, depending on the extent of the issue.


Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@mafurniture.pk or call +92 334-4388421. We will arrange for free repair or, in some cases, a replacement, depending on the situation.

  • Timeframe: Claims for damage or defect must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the item.
  • Evidence: Please provide photos of the damaged or defective item and its packaging to assist us in processing your claim quickly.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for another product, please contact our customer service team. Exchanges are subject to product availability, and the customer is responsible for any price difference and return shipping costs.


Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can only process cancellations before the order has been shipped. If the order has already been shipped, the regular repair policy will apply.
